10 Years of Aviators on a Boat

Compass Aviation Group is delighted to announce the 10th anniversary of our flagship client event, “Aviators on a Boat”, taking place on 26 January 2026. What began as a small gathering of industry colleagues has grown into an annual fixture where aviation technical professionals step off out of the office / hanger and onto the water for an evening of conversation, connections and the occasional tall tale.

Ten Years of Aviators on a Boat

Since 2016, Aviators on a Boat has brought together lessors, airlines, MROs and technical specialists in an informal setting, creating space for genuine discussion away from meeting rooms and conference halls.

The 2026 edition will celebrate ten years of the event, while looking ahead to the next decade of cooperation, innovation and opportunity across the aviation sector.
